1 General Terms & Conditions

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9999bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Directive from legal authorities
• At the player's own request

Players may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though any pending wagering requirements may still need to be completed.
